We open daily. Entry is free. We appreciate your donation. We offer several spots to icebath, ice art and a sauna for 8 persons. The water is in between 0° and 4° C. Book a workshop over on our website and we guide you to your first icebath experience. Sunday to Tuesday the sauna is open to public and you can book a space for 30.- The rest of the week you can book the sauna exclusively for your group. Check our website for availability and rates.
