The Home Hotel is a small design hotel in the middle of Arosa, the well-known tourist destination in the Graubünden Alps.

Your personal Brethwork Coaches Petra and Nedim will take you on a tour through your body to discover your natural way of breathing again.
What does it mean to our body and mind to breath mindfully? How can we use different techniques to change our own nervous system, and thus our own well-being? What happens in our body when we change our way of breathing?
We will explore the body and learn some safe, simple techniques, such as: diaphragmatic breathing, breathing with the lip brake, visible breathing.
We close the workshop with a tempo & music lesson.
