The apartment is cozy and quiet. The first bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has 2 bunk beds. The bathroom has a bathtub, hairdryer and towels.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, fondue and raclette accessories and all basic kitchen utensils.
In the living room you have the internet router, dining table, TV and is very spacious. It also has incredible views of the mountains.
The apartment is located in a residential building in the centre of Arosa and has one of the best views of Arosa and the mountains. With 2 bedrooms, it can comfortably accommodate up to 6 persons.
It has a balcony in the bedroom, and has no parking in the building. You can park in the public parking Hubelsee (about 5 meters from the building) and we pay for the ticket.
- The building has a ski-room on the ground floor.
- To dispose of the garbage, you must use the blue bags we have left in the apartment. You can buy more garbage bags at the supermarket.
- The nespresso machine does not have capsules.
- The price includes bedding and towels, as well as tourist tax, apartment cleaning and other basic amenities.
