Apartment located in the centre of Arosa, next to the Obersee lake. The apartment is located in a building with 4 apartments managed by us. The building has a view over the city center, the mountains and the lake. Each apartment has a parking space next to the building. If there is no parking space, you can leave your car in the nearby public parking lot and we will pay for the ticket at the check-out.
The apartment is on the top floor of the building. It has a bedroom with a double bed and a big wardrobe. The bathroom has a bathtub, the living room is spacious and has 2 sofa beds, the kitchen is fully equipped with a freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, fondue and raclette accessories, etc.
The apartment has a balcony with views of the mountains.
The apartment has Wifi and cable TV.
The flat is equipped with bed linen and towels for 2 persons. In case more people come, it is necessary to prepare the sofa bed (extra cost).
- The building has a ski-room at the entrance where you can also leave your bikes.
- To dispose of the garbage, you should use the blue bags we have left in the apartment. You can buy more garbage bags at the supermarket.
- The nespresso machine does not have capsules.
- The price includes bed linen and towels, as well as tourist tax, apartment cleaning and other basic amenities.
