Flat located in the centre of Arosa, next to the Obersee lake. The flat is located in a building with 4 flats managed by us. The building has a view of the city centre, the mountains and the lake. Each flat has a parking space next to the building. If there is no parking space, you can leave your car in the nearby public car park and we will pay for the ticket at the check-out.
The apartment has 3 bedrooms. Two bedrooms have a double bed and the third bedroom has a bunk bed and two single beds.
The living room is very spacious and also has a dining room. The two sofas are sofa beds and have Wifi and cable TV.
The balcony surrounds the apartment and has views of the centre, the mountains and the lake.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, washer and dryer, fondue and raclette accessories, etc..
It has two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub.
The flat is equipped with bed linen and towels for 7 people. In case more people come, we must prepare the extra beds or the sofa bed (it has an extra cost).
- The building has a Ski-room at the entrance where you can also leave your bikes.
- To get rid of the rubbish, you should use the blue bags we have left in the flat. You can buy more rubbish bags at the supermarket.
- The nespresso machine does not have capsules.
- The price includes bedding and towels, as well as tourist tax, cleaning of the flat and other basic amenities.
