The conservatory extends along the entire length of the apartment and impresses with a unique view over Arosa and the mountain panorama. Thanks to its southern exposure, you can enjoy plenty of sun.

The large living room with dining area and open kitchen allows for a pleasant gathering. The high-quality bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a shower, complete the package of this unique apartment.

Within a few minutes’ walk, you can reach the supermarkets, bars or restaurants. Through the lower exit of the residential building, you can go directly to the nearby bus stop, from where the free bus takes you to the hiking and ski area.

Unfortunately, the apartment does not have a parking space, but there are a few public parking spaces right by the church opposite. Or you can use one of the parking garages.
